  • Where is the venue?

    When does the exhibition start and end?
    The exhibition will be held from October 13th (Tuesday) to October 16th (Friday), 2026.
    What are the opening hours?
    It is from 10:00 to 17:00.
    Until what time can I enter?
    Please enter by 10 minutes before closing time.

    Is there a parking lot or bicycle parking?
    There is a parking lot and bicycle parking at Makuhari Messe.
    The parking lot also has parking spaces for motorcycles. However, mopeds under the Road Traffic Act cannot enter, so please use the bicycle parking lot for those vehicles.
    Please note that the roads and parking lots surrounding the venue are expected to be crowded during the exhibition. We recommend using public transportation.

  • Do I need a ticket?
    Online pre-registration is required to enter. Please register and receive your admission ticket before visiting. Admission is free.
    If you have the email address and password you registered with in 2017 or later, you can easily pre-register by logging in.
    Visitor Pre-Registration
    Can I re-enter?
    With your admission pass, you can enter as many times as you like throughout the exhibition period.
    If I want to visit the venue for multiple days, do I need to pre-register for each visit?
    No need, it will be valid for 4 days during the exhibition period.
    Can the general public and students register and enter even for business events?
    The general public and students are welcome to enter.
    As all visitors must be registered, please pre-register — one email address is required per person.
    *Children of elementary school age and younger may enter only when accompanied by a guardian, and do not need to register.
    Group admission
    We are not accepting group registrations. Please register individually.
    I pre-registered via the CEATEC 2026 website. Do I need to register separately to visit this co-located event, JMS Bizweek 2026?
    The admission badge for CEATEC 2026 also admits you to JMS Bizweek 2026.
    If I want to cancel after pre-registering, do I need to do anything?
    No procedures or contact are required.
  • I haven't received the registration/admission pass email.
    Potential reasons include:
    • The email may have been misidentified as spam by your provider and sorted into your junk mail folder.
    *If you have restricted incoming mail by domain as a spam countermeasure, please add "@reg.jesa.or.jp" to your allowed sender list.
    • The email address entered during registration may be incorrect.
    • Your mailbox may be full.
    I forgot my password for the pre-registration site.
    Please follow the procedure on this Password Reset page.
    Can I attend on the day without pre-registering?
    A registration counter is available at the venue entrance, so you can register on the day yourself.
    Reception opens at 9:30, but same-day registration is expected to be crowded, so please complete your registration in advance. (Doors open at 10:00)
    You can also pre-register using your smartphone. Show the registration completion screen at the admission pass issuing counter to receive your admission pass.
    Can I register multiple people under one name or one email address?
    Each person needs to register individually. Multiple registrations with the same email address are not allowed, so please use a separate email address for each person.
    I want to change my registered information.
    Log in to the pre-registration site and select "Profile Settings" from the "Settings" button on "My Page" to change your registered information.
    Visitor Pre-Registration
    I would like my admission pass resent.
    Log in to the pre-registration site and click "Show Admission Pass" on the far right of the event name on the Profile tab of "My Page" to re-download your admission pass.
    Do I need to print and bring my admission pass?
    Please print your admission pass yourself and bring it with you. Place it in the holder distributed on the day and use it to enter.
    Admission passes can also be printed at the admission pass issuing counter at the venue, but as congestion is expected, please print it in advance and bring it with you.
    I am unable to complete pre-registration.

  • How do I register as press?
    For coverage during the exhibition period, please register as press at the press registration counter located at the central entrance of Makuhari Messe. Advance registration is not required; please bring two business cards on the day, and your press pass will be issued on the spot.
